Know what's happening on your company's devices — without guessing.

StaffSight gives you a clear, honest view of activity on company-owned PCs: what's running, what's been captured, and who's connected — with every employee told upfront that it's active.

Built for company-owned devices. Every monitored PC shows a visible tray icon and, during remote sessions, an on-screen banner.

Remote and hybrid teams made this harder to see.

When work happens across home offices, branch locations, and personal schedules, "what's actually happening on company equipment" stops being something you can just walk over and check.

Everything you need to actually see it.

Not a pile of raw logs — a working view of activity, organized around the people and devices you're responsible for.

Screen activity, on a schedule you set

Periodic screenshots from every monitored device, viewable per employee or per device, with the capture interval and quality fully in your control.

Disclosed by design, not as an afterthought.

Employee monitoring only works when it's trusted. StaffSight is built so nobody on a monitored device is ever left wondering — the disclosure is part of the product, not a policy document nobody reads.

This is the difference between workplace oversight and something that looks like spyware.

✓

A visible tray icon, always

Every monitored PC shows an icon explaining exactly what's being monitored, one click away.

✓

An on-screen banner during remote sessions

When someone takes control remotely, the employee sees it happening — not just a passive notice.

✓

Consent tracked per employee

Your dashboard shows exactly who's acknowledged monitoring and who hasn't — not an assumption.

✓

Data stays inside your organization

Every organization's data is isolated — one company's admins can never see another's.

From zero to monitored in four steps.

No manual configuration on the employee's end.

01

Add the employee

Enter their name and department on your dashboard.

02

Download their agent

One click generates a ready-to-run installer, unique to them.

03

They run it once

Double-click. It registers itself — nothing to type or configure.

04

You watch it appear

The device shows up on your dashboard within seconds.

One platform, every organization you manage.

If you're managing devices across more than one company or client — an IT provider, a franchise group, an agency — a platform-level view lets you provision each one's admin account without ever mixing their data.

Northbridge Retail — 9 employees, 12 devices
Delta Logistics — 41 employees, 48 devices

Not a mockup — these numbers come straight from the live database, same as everything else on this page.

Questions people ask.

Can an employee tell the agent is running?

Yes, always. A tray icon is visible on every monitored PC, with a "What is being monitored?" menu one click away. During a remote-control session, an on-screen banner also appears for as long as it's active.

Does this work for a company with multiple locations or client accounts?

Yes. Organizations can have multiple branches, and if you manage devices for more than one company (an IT provider, an agency), a platform-level view lets you provision each one separately without their data ever mixing.

What happens if an employee's device goes offline?

It simply shows as offline on your dashboard based on when it last checked in — nothing is lost. Screenshots, app usage, and other events queue locally on the device and sync automatically once it's back online.

Can I stop monitoring a specific device remotely?

Yes — admins can send a remote stop command to any connected device from the Devices page. The agent shuts down immediately and won't restart until the employee next logs into Windows.

Is there a free trial, or do I need a credit card to sign up?

Signing up creates your organization immediately with no credit card required — add your first employee and device right away.
